This patient had been considering rhinoplasty for many years. The patient desired very little change in her frontal view and primarily only desired changes in her profile view. She had discussed her wants and needs with numerous rhinoplasty surgeons in Houston and Clear Lake. After consultation, she chose to undergo an open rhinoplasty with septal reconstruction with Dr. Athre. Here she is shown 2 months after a primary rhinoplasty.
