This patient had contemplated rhinoplasty for many years. She had some breathing problems and desired a reduction in her dorsall hump. Her sister had undergone rhinoplasty in Houston with another surgeon and was not happy with the results making the patient quite nervous. The patient desired primarily changes in her dorsal profile while maintaining her frontal view and characteristics of her ethnicity. She underwent a primary rhinoplasty and is shown 6 months after surgery. Her breathing problems have completely resolved.
