This patient underwent previous rhinoplasty in Houston by another surgeon with persistent nasal airway problems and a cosmetic deformity of her nose. She desired to breathe better and improve her cosmetic profile without altering the characteristics of her Hispanic heritage. The patient underwent revision ethnic rhinoplasty with take down of her dorsal hump and septal reconstruction.
