This patient had been contemplating a rhinoplasty for as long as she could recall. Over the years she had visited numerous plastic surgeons in Houston, Clear Lake, and Webster. After consulting with Dr. Athre, she decided to undergo a rhinoplasty to address her functional and cosmetic concerns. She had some nasal airway obstruction and a deviated septum. She underwent a primary, open rhinoplasty. She primarily wanted a small, feminine scoop to her nose and increased tip definition. Here she is shown 6 weeks following surgery. She still has some slight tip swelling which will subside in the next few months. The patient is thrilled with her results!
