This patient presented after undergoing rhinoplasty in Houston by another surgeon. The patient had significant cosmetic deformities after the previous surgery. She also had problems breathing after the prior surgery. These problems essentially made her a recluse because she was embarassed to go out in public. She elected to undergo revision rhinoplasty. She is shown 6 weeks after her surgery, and she is completely satisfied and very happy.
