This patient presented because of a large dorsal hump. She was very embarassed by her nose and desired a nose that fit her face more proportionally. She had seen several plastic surgeons around Houston and Clear Lake. After consultation and a thorough examination, she chose Dr. Athre, and she underwent an open rhinoplasty. The procedure took about 2 hours and she went home the same day. Here she is shown 3 months following rhinoplasty .
